Tricia Messeroux wanted to use her skills as a renowned photographer after the murders of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor. She came up with the concept of recreating iconic images of social justice heroes using small kids. The photographer is traveling all around the country photographing the child version of iconic civil rights leaders such as John Lewis and Mary McLeod Bethune. She even has a coffee book coming out and is doing some virtual and in person gallery events when the project is completed next month!! Check out the full interview.
