The Former CEO of Godfather’s Pizza and 2012 Right-wing presidential candidate Herman Cain found himself in need of medical care on Wednesday after being infected with the coronavirus – a couple weeks after attending President Trump’s Tulsa rally minus a mask. “We are sorry to announce that Herman Cain has tested positive for COVID-19, and is currently receiving treatment in an Atlanta-area hospital,” said Cain’s staff.

Cain was at a greater risk for the virus because he is 74-year-old and tested positive for COVID-19 on June 29 and developed symptoms that required hospitalization by Wednesday. The statement contended, however, that “there is no way of knowing for sure how or where Mr. Cain contracted the coronavirus,” but his sickness seemingly is in range of the maturation cycle of COVID-19.
