The Resilience of Chris Paul

The most efficient point guard in the history of the NBA according to the player efficiency rating, with a consistent stat line throughout his career. At 36 he is one of the best players in the history of the NBA and doesn’t get the respect he deserves, unless you count him being elected President of the Players Association. He recently dropped 23 points in the All-Star Game while averaging 17 points, 6 assists, and 5 rebounds as the leader of the Thunder in 54 games this season. All off-season people were talking about if Chris Paul would be traded by Oklahoma, one of the most underrated players in the history of sports!! The best traditional point guard in the history of the game of basketball. He isn’t the flashiest, doesn’t make the best plays, he just is efficient and puts up the best numbers. Injuries have been a problem because he gives his whole heart and soul to the game. Tonight the Nuggets (38-17) take on the Oklahoma Thunder (33-22) at Chesapeake Energy arena at 7:00 PM.
